This looks to be a premeditated attack so there must be a motive of some kind. Hopefully the young man recovers close to 100% and the attacker does some serious time behind bars.
Don’t count on justice in California. A liberal judge will turn the attacker loose to harm others.
Bluett should serve his sentence, without lubrication. For justice, the Smith family will have to wait for parole.
