ICE Agents SLAM WRONG TEEN To Ground AT GUNPOINT

Federal immigration agents in New York City tackled and detained a 19-year-old American citizen at gunpoint, leaving him bloodied and requiring stitches, only to realize they had the wrong person and abandon him at an unfamiliar park without medical attention.

Wrong Person, Violent Takedown

Cellphone video captured the Wednesday afternoon incident at Gun Hill Road and Hull Avenue in the Bronx, showing Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents running with weapons drawn toward the teenager as he stood outside a barber shop. Multiple agents ordered the young man to stop before tackling him to the ground and handcuffing him. Video footage shows agents lifting the handcuffed teen off the ground as blood dripped from his head onto the pavement. Federal agents pressed him against a vehicle before placing him inside and driving away from the scene.

During transport, agents requested the teenager’s identification and cellphone. Only then did they realize their mistake. The young man said an agent apologized, claiming he had confused him with someone else and promising it would never happen again. The teen responded that he planned to file a formal complaint against the agents involved in the violent detention.

Abandoned Without Medical Care

After realizing their error, agents dropped the bleeding teenager at a park in an area unfamiliar to him, leaving him to find his own way home. His mother eventually located him and transported him to a hospital, where medical staff treated his head injuries with stitches. The family confirmed plans to file an official complaint with federal authorities. The Department of Homeland Security has not responded to requests for comment about the incident or whether any agents face disciplinary action.

Escalating Federal Operations

The wrongful detention occurs amid heightened tensions between federal immigration enforcement and New York state officials. Border Czar Tom Homan recently threatened to flood New York City with additional immigration agents as the state legislature considers legislation limiting local cooperation with federal immigration operations. Governor Kathy Hochul backs the proposed restrictions. Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin stated Thursday morning that he currently has no plans to surge additional agents into the state, though the situation remains fluid as political battles over immigration enforcement authority continue.

  1. Mistakes are made that is being a human being! I am upset they dropped him off at a park and did not tend to his injuries. That is unacceptable!

    • Mistakes by a gastapo crew what would you feel like if it was you or someone in your family you would say that to after the injuries so wrong comment randy

      • Do you believe NY police never misidentified people? Are they all Gestapo? Do you want to fire all of them? Agree they should have obtained medical care and these few bad apples need to be punished by the courts after a trial jus like other criminals in N Y.

        • Yeh, and they have even shot the wrong people, but then the law says that they need to be charged and tried in court. The Gestapo everyone is talking about (unlike police) seems to be above the law and not accountable. That’s not acceptable…..unless you live in a dictatorship.

  2. what does dt have to say about his “GREAT” team? Now every day citizens can’t walk the streets. I am a born American and am concerned. I would like to see Niagra falls, but afraid. Recently friends, American citizens. went to Canada and were detained for hours. They had all the right ID, but that didn;t mater. Thank you MR. President. You have made US Citizens a MARK!

  3. DEAR GOD!!! Can you twits PLEASE re-read your bleeding POSTS?????

For the love of all that’s holy… learn to SPELL and punctuate correctly!!

  4. Via the immigration process during the Biden years, we have let in so many criminals into our country, it is extremely difficult upon a quick glance to determine if this person or that person is one of the criminals that were let in. Mistakes will be made, but this episode showed more than one mistake was made, the second one being once identified, not taking him to receive medical attention.

  5. Many stories of police officers doing the exact same thing has lead to the murders of innocent people and families (swatting). Make sure you have the correct suspect(s), address and have done. Thorough investigation before proceeding. And leaving that young man injured and then dumping him because you realize after the fact that he was the wrong individual that you were looking for is criminal conduct and cowardly. I pray he sues.

  6. Where’s his parents? Why is it always the grandparents? My grandparents didn’t know sh$t about my day to day life when I was in my 20’s.

  7. The story says “Multiple agents ordered the young man to stop before tackling him to the ground and handcuffing him.” This says to me that he was not cooperating and/or not following instructions. Sometimes force must be used. Now having said that, he should have been treated for his injuries. When an officer tells you to do something, just do it and cooperate. If something is done wrong, then you will be compensated for it later in court.

  8. Since the dumb democrats created this emergency situation and some of the people hired by ice slip through the cracks and wouldn’t get hired ordinarily if ice didn’t need so many agents. We end up with some dummies for agents! Most are top shelf!

  9. He should have been transported to the hospital first after the assault and escorted to his Mom’s house and then apologized to by ices boss. I still think they could tell he wasn’t illegal but American. Everyone makes mistakes in this day and age.

  10. You think there bad. we have a criminal that has 35 felonies i think is running the country (Trump for the dummies that don’t know) what do you expect out them. If the regular cops did that the be punished or fired or put in prison.

    • Stop already! Can’t you accept the fact that the “facts” were fabricated?

Good grief! You are still free to leave the country.

  11. Even if this is a true story, you still don’t know what happened. Did they take him down for no reason or did he resist or threaten them? Maybe he refused to go to the hospital? I sure don’t know.
