Candace Owens RELEASES Film on Kirk Widow

Conservative podcaster Candace Owens released a documentary trailer examining Erika Kirk, widow of slain activist Charlie Kirk, triggering sharp divisions within the conservative movement and accusations of exploiting a tragedy for conspiracy theories.

Documentary Trailer Sparks Immediate Backlash

Owens posted a trailer on X for her documentary titled “Bride of Charlie,” featuring clips of Erika Kirk discussing her late husband. The announcement drew immediate criticism from social media users, with detractors calling it a “hit piece series” against the widow. The documentary’s specific claims remain unclear, but Owens has previously questioned official accounts of Charlie Kirk’s September 10, 2025, death at Utah Valley University in Orem, where the 31-year-old Turning Point founder was fatally shot during a campus speaking event.

Allegations Without Evidence Split MAGA Movement

Owens, who described Kirk as a close friend before his death, has allegedly accused federal authorities of tampering with the death investigation without providing supporting evidence. The controversy has fractured the conservative movement between Owens supporters and those defending Erika Kirk, who now serves as Turning Point CEO. Critics suggest jealousy over Erika Kirk’s leadership position motivates the documentary. Owens has produced multiple podcast episodes questioning the shooting, with titles including “Who Ordered the Hit on Charlie Kirk?” and “They Are Lying About Charlie Kirk.”

Conspiracy Theories and International Connections

The podcaster recently alleged billionaire hedge fund manager Bill Ackman orchestrated a Hamptons meeting where Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called Kirk, pressuring him to maintain pro-Israel positions during the Gaza conflict. Owens claimed Kirk was offered substantial money for unwavering Israel support. Ackman and Babylon Bee CEO Seth Dillon strenuously denied these “intervention” claims, though they confirmed attending a Hamptons event. Owens stated she spent 4.5 hours conversing with Erika Kirk in December, but still doubts the lone gunman narrative.

Legal Proceedings Continue

Tyler Robinson, 22, faces aggravated murder charges plus felony firearm discharge, obstruction of justice, and witness tampering counts in Charlie Kirk’s death. Prosecutors announced they will pursue capital punishment. Some conservative voices defended Owens, with radio host LionelMedia praising the documentary’s truth-seeking focus. The documentary release date remains unannounced as the conservative movement grapples with internal divisions over how to honor Kirk’s legacy while pursuing accountability.

  1. The govt needs to answer ONE question before anything else, including whatever theories on motivation for the assassination: just one question: it is irrefutable that Charlie Kirk was NOT shot by a .30-06 caliber round from any distance, especially 140 yards. The claims that Charlie’s body (ANY body part) stopped the bullet and there was no exit would has been proven false more times than I could count. Once the FACT that Charlie could not have been shot with the rifle that Robinson allegedly used (and then discarded in plain sight), it begs the question WHO really shot Charlie?

    • It is accurate at 140 yards. The body is incapable of stopping the bullet. It would probably pass through 1 or to more people before being stopped.

  2. At a hundred and forty yds the 30 06 is just getting going and at that range having an entry would and no exit wound would be impossible ,deer shot at three times that range all have exit wounds you could shove your fist in!
