This incident should never have happened if the mother was mindful of her child and what he was doing. This kind of thing with mothers and their children is all too common. Terrible that the mother died.
Neither the mother or child were culpable in this terrible event. The problem was not the puppies- the problem was the unsupervised dogs. In order to understand what even 3 dogs can do think of gang members…..they can do unthinkable damage. I guarantee that the three dogs had become a nuisance. The dog that sleeps at the foot of my bed at night is not the same creature as one that runs in a pack.
