North Carolina TEEN Allegedly TORTURED FOR MONTHS Before Death

A 19-year-old North Carolina woman was discovered stabbed to death and bound to a blood-soaked mattress on May 1, following what authorities describe as months of brutal torture. Her boyfriend now faces murder charges in connection with her death.

Discovery Inside North Carolina Apartment

Isabella Stroupe was found dead inside a North Carolina apartment after police responded to a call reporting an unresponsive woman. Officers arriving at the scene discovered the teenager’s body bound to a mattress heavily stained with blood. Investigators determined she had been stabbed to death, with evidence suggesting she endured prolonged abuse before her killing. The grim discovery shocked the local community and launched an immediate homicide investigation.

Thomaz Kenon Hamilton, identified as Stroupe’s boyfriend, was subsequently arrested and charged with her murder. Authorities have not released specific details about the timeline of abuse or the circumstances leading to the fatal attack. The investigation remains active as prosecutors build their case against Hamilton, who is currently in custody awaiting trial.

Victim Remembered As Devoted Reader

Friends and family described Stroupe as an avid reader who loved books and showed promise for a bright future. The teenager’s life was cut short just as she entered adulthood, leaving loved ones devastated by the violent nature of her death. Community members have expressed outrage over the prolonged torture she allegedly endured before being killed. The case has drawn attention to domestic violence issues affecting young women across the country.

North Carolina authorities have not disclosed whether prior domestic violence incidents were reported involving the couple. Police records are being reviewed as part of the ongoing investigation to determine if warning signs were missed that could have prevented the tragedy.

Legal Proceedings Move Forward

Hamilton faces first-degree murder charges in connection with Stroupe’s death. Prosecutors will likely present evidence of the extended period of torture as an aggravating factor if the case proceeds to trial. North Carolina law allows for enhanced penalties in murder cases involving torture or exceptional cruelty. The defendant has not yet entered a plea, and court dates for preliminary hearings are pending. Legal experts say the physical evidence found at the scene will play a critical role in the prosecution’s case against Hamilton.

    • NC has a governor (Roy Cooper) who doesn’t know which bathroom to use. My guess is neither this Hamilton clown nor the subway killer will get the needle. Wonder why more families want DIY justice? State legislatures need to come up with a method to bypass liberal governors and get these killers put down.

  1. JAMES: Malicious, cruel, hateful, spiteful, degrading, disrespectful, uncaring, unloving, and heartless, are all in the same family…If a person is one, they must be ALL of them. A human with this type of nature is unlikely to ever change… If he can do this to one woman or person, then he’s capable of doing it to more… He MUST BE STOPPED. No slapping on the hand, no rehabilitation, NOTHING works with “heartless” people… He needs the DEATH PENTATLY b/c NOTHING is going to take away his HATEFUL nature…

  2. North Carolina still has the death penalty for murder. However, there has not been an execution in that state since 2006 due to consistant legal challenges by the insane left. Put him away for life without parole in the worst prison available. A fate worse than death.
