WOMAN ARRESTED After Allegedly Posting DISTURBING Airbnb VIDEOS

A Florida woman faces mounting felony charges after police say she repeatedly urinated on furniture inside multiple Airbnb rentals and uploaded videos of the incidents to an adult website, causing over $17,000 in property damage.

Second Arrest in Two Months

Nicolette Keough, 31, was arrested last week on a felony property damage charge after the owner of a Pensacola Airbnb reported finding videos showing her urinating on furniture during her stay from August 31 to September 11 of last year. Police confirmed the allegations after reviewing video evidence provided by the property owner. This marks her second arrest related to similar incidents, following charges in March for allegedly urinating on furniture at two different downtown Pensacola Airbnb properties.

According to police reports, the most recent case involves significant damage to multiple pieces of furniture. The property owner estimates losses totaling $17,395, including a $5,195 leather sofa, a $4,800 sleeper sofa, a $4,000 king-size mattress, a $2,900 twin mattress, and a $500 blue coral chair. Authorities say Keough uploaded videos of these incidents to an adult content platform.

Behind Bars With Revoked Bond

A judge set Keough’s bond at $10,000 during her Thursday court appearance, but she remains in Escambia County Jail because her previous bond was revoked. The revocation stems from violating bail conditions following a battery arrest in mid-March, which occurred shortly after her initial arrest for the first two Airbnb incidents. She is scheduled for a bond revocation hearing on June 9, followed by a court appearance on June 12 for the property damage charge.

Pensacola Police Officer Mike Wood told local media that investigators believe no new incidents have occurred since Keough’s March arrest. However, additional charges for previous incidents remain possible as property owners continue discovering evidence and filing reports. Wood noted that the cases involve incidents from the same general timeframe, with owners only recently becoming aware and contacting authorities.

Pattern of Destruction

The March arrest involved two counts of felony criminal mischief after Keough allegedly caused thousands of dollars in damage to furniture at two separate Airbnb properties in downtown Pensacola. She was initially released from jail on a $5,250 bond before the subsequent arrests. Police described Keough as cooperative when confronted about the allegations, though the investigation continues as authorities review potential additional victims from the same period last year.
