Woman VANISHES From Cruise Ship While Family Sleeps Feet Away

The FBI announced a $25,000 reward last week for information leading to the recovery of Amy Lynn Bradley, who vanished from a Royal Caribbean cruise ship 28 years ago in what remains one of the most baffling missing persons cases in American history.

Vanished Without a Trace

Bradley was just 23 years old when she disappeared from the Rhapsody of the Seas during a seven-day Caribbean cruise with her family. On March 24, 1998, her father saw her sitting on their stateroom balcony around 5:30 a.m. Thirty minutes later, she was gone. The Longwood College basketball player from Richmond, Virginia, had spent the previous evening at the ship’s nightclub with her brother Brad before returning to their shared family cabin.

Despite extensive searches, the FBI previously stated that they found no evidence of foul play. However, multiple witness sightings over the years have kept the case alive. A taxi driver on Curacao, where the ship docked minutes after Bradley vanished, reported seeing her running and desperately searching for a phone within hours of arriving at port. Years later, another witness claimed to spot Bradley in Barbados.

Family Refuses to Give Up Hope

Bradley’s parents remain convinced their daughter, who would be 52 today, is still alive. Brother Brad told NewsNation the family has maintained the same gut feeling since day one. He firmly rejects theories that his sister jumped from the ship or took her own life, insisting she was not suicidal. The FBI reward specifically mentions information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for her death.

New Leads Emerge From Netflix Series

A three-part Netflix docuseries titled Amy Bradley is Missing generated three new leads after airing last year. One witness claimed a ship bartender heard someone yelling about a kidnapped woman on the night Bradley disappeared. Brad Bradley stated the family believes his sister was deliberately targeted, abducted, and removed from the vessel. Theories about her fate range from forced sex trafficking in the Caribbean to voluntarily starting a new life, though her family dismisses the latter. The FBI investigation remains active as authorities continue seeking answers to what happened that March morning.
